Dinners

For the event that requires a more formal atmosphere, a served meal is suggested. Each dinner selection includes one salad and dessert selection from the lists below. Also, included are dinner rolls and butter, freshly brewed house blend regular and decaffeinated coffee, refreshing iced tea and hot tea.

Marinated flank steak grilled and thinly sliced. Accompanied by Parslied new potatoes and glazed baby carrots.

Grilled Salmon

A succulent filet of salmon grilled to perfection with a rich dill sauce, served with wild rice and steamed vegetables.

Tournedos A La Forestiere

Lean tournedos of beef with mushroom sauce served with seasonal red skin potatoes and steamed asparagus spears.

Roast of Indiana Beef

Served with au jus, garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Served with a mustard creme sauce or unique raspberry sauce served with rissole potatoes and a medley of fresh vegetables.

Grilled Chicken Breast

Grilled and marinated breast of chicken served with a rice pilaf and a medley of green and yellow squashes.

Chicken Breast Almondine

Lightly breaded and sautéed chicken breast served with a supreme sauce and garnished with sliced almonds. Served with Parmesan potatoes and savory green beans.

Chicken Dijonnaise

Grilled boneless chicken complimented by a Dijon mustard sauce served with pecan rice and mixed fresh vegetables.

Linguine Primavera

Served with a compliment of fresh vegetables and Alfredo sauce over linguine.
